Pixels are tiny colored squares that we can see if we increase the magnification of any image to its maximum. A typical image contains millions of pixels. Which is why digital camera output is defined in megaplxels in bitmap—based image, the more pixels an image contain, the higher its resolution.

Definition” resolution is measurement of the output quality of an image usual in terms of samples, pixels cloth or line per inch.
